We fully manage the apartments, take care of their technical condition and equipment. This is all to ensure the highest quality of service and that your holiday memories are perfect.
Once you have selected the property on our website ( primespanishholidays.com ) and checked availability on the desired dates, you can proceed to make your booking by pressing the X button. Then follow the instructions to complete your details, on this basis we will calculate your rental costs and send you back complete information to the e-mail address provided.
After you completed your booking you will receive the rental agreement with payment conditions.
We fully understand that sometimes you need to change your holiday plans. You can cancel your booking through the system, however, please be aware of the deadlines and rules that apply to your property in this regard. You will always find this information in the property description and in the rental conditions.
Additional details and a payment schedule are sent by email after booking. However, it is customary to pay the rental most often in two or three stages. At the time of booking we ask for a 30% deposit of the booking value, depending on the advance booking 30 days before arrival we ask for the rest of the payment and the deposit amount. In case of additional services or charges, we ask you to pay them on arrival in cash.

This depends on the location and the date of the rental. Normally you can collect the keys to the apartment from our office in the center of Javea from the key box, which is located at the front of the building. Along with your booking, before your arrival you will receive a detailed description of where the keys are to be collected. At check-out you leave the keys in the apartment and lock the door or we will meet you and collect them.

It depends on the owner of the holiday address. On our website you can filter your search options on accommodations where pets are permitted. We do ask you to please keep the property as clean as possible. Do not forget the animal passport, the required vaccinations, the embedded identification chip or tattoo for your pet (ask your veterinarian).
As a tenant you are automatically liable for any possible damage. (It is also possible to purchase liability and/or damage insurance when you make your booking.) It is important that you report any possible damage incurred. If damage is found after your departure, we will have to deduct this from your deposit amount. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, you will be contacted. For more details please see the rental terms and conditions.
Yes, of course, the apartments are fully equipped, even with beach towels. You don't have to worry about that.

The standard check-out time is 10 am, if you want to check out later you can contact us to ask if this is possible. For an extended check out time extra cost will be charged.
Yes, each of our apartments has its own costs. But you are always informed of them at the booking stage and they are accurately calculated. We do not have hidden costs on offer. The most common is the cost of cleaning after the rental, changing the bed linen and an apartment rate for electricity consumption. Of course, if you request additional services, we will also inform you of their cost. Depending on the form of payment, the deposit is usually refunded within 7 days of check-out. If something has happened during your stay or you are unhappy or need anything extra it is best to let us know immediately, we will try to take care the problem so that you can spend the rest of your holiday in peace. You always have the right to make a complaint within 14 days of checking out. You must send us your complaint with a description of the situation and, if possible, with photographs showing the extent of the problem. We will get back to you within 30 days of receipt with a proposal to resolve it.
