We specialize in the operation, promotion and maintenance of apartments for short term and longterm rental. We deal only with this. Our aim is the optimization of rentals and the complete satisfaction of our landlords. 

Our team consists of local managers responsible for specific areas and locations. A marketing and promotion specialist and a maintenance and cleaning coordinator. We work together and everyone has clear objectives.

We do what we like and that is probably the best recommendation.

Location

We operate on two coasts of sunny Spain. On the Costa Blanca in and around Javea and on the Costa del Sol in Marbella. The most magnificent stretches of coastline ideal for holidays and adventure. Full of activities for you and your family or the perfect place for an outing with friends. 

The Spanish coastline is full of leisure opportunities, with mountains rising right next to magnificent beaches stretching for miles and countless wonderful beaches dotted along cliffs and coves full of magnificent emerald water.
